Shipping to California
Due to Proposition 65 some of the products advertised on scooterbilly.com cannot, by law, be shipped to California. This applies to all items not CEC Certified for sales in California. The product description will confirm whether the item is CEC certified. You can find more information on P65 here.
At scooterbilly.com we do everything we can to provide great value for our customers. Part of this includes free shipping wherever possible. Most of the products advertised on scooterbilly.com can be shipped to most locations within the USA free of charge. Because of this, the margin on each scooter sold is fairly small and so, as a result, we are forced to apply a shipping charge to certain products and certain shipping locations. These instances are explained in further detail below.
Business or Residential
If the order is being shipped to a business address the name of the business must be included in the order. A home business is still considered a residential address.
East Coast Delivery
